One of the aspects of Isaiah’s prophecy that has been of interest to our study through this book is that God uses typological fulfillment. We explained typological fulfillment to mean that while a particular prophecy had a particularly immediate fulfillment, there would be a greater, fuller reality to come to pass when the Messiah arrived.
