Our theme this year is Hope Starts Here as we go to the scriptures to find hope in hard times. All of us need some hope especially after a year like 2020 and this year seems to just be 2020 part 2… So how we can have hope when life blows up? What does God want us to know when things do not match what we thought life would be? How can we push forward when life does not go according to plan? There are many people in the scriptures we can consider whose lives did not go according to their plans. But the person I would like for us to focus our attention on today is Joseph and his life is recorded in Genesis 37-50. Now I want to state upfront that doing a single lesson on Joseph does a great disservice to all that God teaches us through his life…
